Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, Janet’s sessions offer a welcoming and supportive environment for all levels. Yoga is a fantastic way to relax, build strength and improve flexibility while focusing on mindfulness and well-being. Bring your mat and a positive mindset, and enjoy an hour of calming, rejuvenating practice midweek. 🧘♂️
