SU Strategic Plan

The RVCSU 5 year plan has been the product of the past 2 and current SU Officer Teams work.  Our aim for the project was to allow the long term ambitions of the SU to be known internally for the SU, especially as a form of handover from one officer team to the next, as well externally to the student body and the college

The challenge was for the plan to be detailed enough to give the SU ambitious target, whilst avoid being too restrictive to allow incoming officers to be creative. We therefore focused on what the SU wants to achieve, rather than how we want to achieve it.

I am pleased to announce that the plan was passed via an OGM on the 22^nd May 2019 with quoracy achieved.
