Cancellation by you: RVCSU is not responsible to refund the ticket purchaser if the ticket purchaser cancels. Tickets are non-refundable or transferable unless stated on the event page. Tickets may be refunded or transferred at the discretion of RVCSU staff.

Cancellation by us: While we endeavour to run all events to the best of our ability, sometimes we may have to cancel or change the event at short notice for reasons beyond our control. In this case, if the event is cancelled or significantly changed where the night is not as advertised in its whole, you may be eligible for a refund at the discretion of SU staff. Any full cancellations of events will entitle you to a full refund or ticket transfer to the date where the event will take place next.

Major Change: The definition of major change will depend on the individual event and circumstances. When a major change is made the ticket purchaser will have the choice of accepting the change or arrangements, purchasing another available event or cancelling.

Fraud: If you believe your account has been debited in error or that you did not authorise/do not recognise a purchase made at rvcsu.org please email suwebsite@rvc.ac.uk asap so that we can investigate

Requesting refunds through PayPal: Where non-refundable tickets have been purchased for SU events and the buyer requests a refund through PayPal for a reason not listed as acceptable, the SU reserves the right to block future purchases of any SU event tickets for that account indefinitely.
