My name is Katie (I go by Kate) Kingsley and I would like to nominate myself to be a SU Course Rep for the Graduate Accelerated BVetMed 1 course.
I am an international student from NYC, NY and I studied Animal Science as my undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University. I am a dedicated student who is not afraid to communicate with others. I have spent the past three weeks attempting to meet everyone in the course and I have succeeded in meeting a majority of the students (I'm still catching up with the British students who arrived a bit later) and introducing myself.
I want to make sure that my experience as well as the experience of the students in my course is as positive and agreeable as possible and I think that I have the best opportunity of making that happen if I am in a place where I can make our thoughts heard by the right people.
