For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Chase Southerland and I would love to by YOUR year rep for the 2018-2019 year. I’m from Lafayette, Louisiana USA. I received a bachelor’s in Animal Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a master’s in Animal Science in equine reproductive physiology from Louisiana State University. Here at the RVC I am involved with Zoo Soc, SEVA, and a rowing member of the Boat Club.
Last year some of us were second years and others with Graduate Accelerates. Even others intercalated and are returning to the RVC. This year we all are third years, and being so diverse means that we need to have good communication with the professors and other faculty here at the RVC. If elected, I would bring to them suggestion, comments, and concerns from our class. Not just the GAB students that were my classmates last year, but every member of this class.
