Check that they are available on the date you require using the minibus Google calendar below.
Email suminibus@rvc.ac.uk to request to book the bus/buses for those dates.
The person/people to be insured need to click here to complete the Minibus Insurance Form and send it with a copy of their driving licence photocard to suminibus@rvc.ac.uk.
Ensure this is done in sufficient time for insurance to be arranged – an absolute minimum is for the insurance forms to be received 2 working days before the booking.
You will then have it processed and confirmed that the drivers are insured for the requested dates.
