Pole Dance and Fitness

Pole fitness is a body-positive, great way to get active! We will be learning different combos and routines and getting fit in the process ;)

Build your quads doing inverts 

 

 

We are offering lessons for BOTH Hawkshead and Camden campus goers!

Lesson times:

  • In Camden's Ultimate Pole studio: Every Tuesday during term time 5-6pm
  • In X-pole's Potters Bar: Every Thursday term time 6:40-7:40pm

Locations:

  • Ultimate Pole, 66 Rochester Pl, London NW1 9JX
  • X-Pole academy: Level 3, Cranborne House, Off Summit Rd, Potters Bar EN6 3JN
